Call for papers:
 
The 1st Workshop on Computing Science and Technology for Smart Cities (COSTAC) is an initiative of the PhD Program on Computing Science and Technology for Smart Cities of the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) which provides PhD Students of the program a means to present and discuss their most recent and significant findings and experiences in their PhD Thesis. The workshop will consists of the set of presentations of the research work of each of the PhD Program students and discussions of each research work in order to provide feedback, find collaborations and improve the results.
 
 
Submissions:
 
The 1st COSTAC calls for the submission of papers describing the research and advances performed during the academic year by each PhD Student. The submission must be written in English and follow the LNCS format () with a maximum length of 15 pages.
 
All papers before the submission must undergo a rigorous review process by the PhD Advisor of each PhD student. All submitted papers will appear in the electronic proceedings of the workshop, that will be distributed to the workshop attendees. All the papers must be presented in English in the workshop, having the opportunity of doing the presentation via skype/vsee for those PhD Students that are not in Spain.
