University of Rome “Foro Italico” is a public university entirely devoted to sports and human movement sciences. We are now looking for a student with an Erasmus+ Grant for traineeship wishing to collaborate with us and be part of our International Relations Office.
The ideal person should have a background in management and/or languages or related fields. Any experience as an active member of Erasmus Students Network (ESN) will be appreciated. Candidates with similar work experience in events organization are equally welcome. Involvement in sport activities will be helpful.

- Duration: 4-6 months
- Commitment: 25 hours a week

Internship tasks:
- providing support for International Relations Office in general administrative tasks;
- communication via phone or email with students and University’s guests from different countries in English or in other languages on a daily basis;
- assisting in organization of different activities: planning, management, organization and monitoring of mobility periods;
- marketing and promotion of the University and such values as internationalization, transnational cooperation and mobility of students;
- organizing of different events that will help the social and practical integration of Incoming Erasmus and International students.
- Languages: English (C1); Spanish and/or French and/or Italian (at least B2).
