JOB TITLE                                    Software/Conectivity Support Specialist

LOCATION                                    Madrid

REPORTING TO                          Technical Support / Pilot Support Manager

 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Provide software solution and technical support to business partners during pilot projects
  • Provide consultancy for connectivity development to integrate Company products into existing IT infrastructure.
  • Deliver technical training to business partners
  • Perform required local product testing to ensure product is fit for market
  • Support rollout projects
  • Interface for technical escalations between business partners and Company technical support teams (after sales support)

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications, Training & Experience

  • Solid computer programming background with good knowledge of C++, Java, Visual Basic. Experience with .Net an advantage
  • Technical knowledge of connectivity solutions for physical devices
  • Knowledge of bank branch processes would be an advantege
  • Experience in delivering training an advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of PC applications
